Overview
We engineered a real-time logistics control tower that unified more than 40 legacy systems into a single live operating picture — giving thousands of dispatchers sub-second visibility into fleet, routes, and exceptions across a pan-Asian network.
The challenge
Operations were spread across dozens of disconnected legacy systems, forcing dispatchers to stitch together a picture manually. There was no single source of truth and no real-time view, which meant delays were caught too late.
Our approach
We built an event-driven aggregation layer over the legacy estate, streaming changes through Kafka into a unified GraphQL API and a real-time dispatcher console. Full observability ensured the platform itself stayed transparent and debuggable at scale.
Outcomes
- 40+ systems unified into one view
- 22% on-time delivery uplift
- Sub-second operational updates
- Dispatchers freed from manual reconciliation
